- W3029734951 abstract "Objective to study the correlation of the glycosylated haemoglobin Alc level and cardiac structure, NT-proBNP of the patients with the senile coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods Randomly selected 120 patients of senile coronary he art disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.120 patients were divided into A group(HbAlc＜7%)and B group(HbAlc≥7%)according to diglycosylated haemoglobin Alc level. Using color ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, measured cardiac structure, such as IVSTD, LVPWTD, LVEDd, E/A, EF, and the level of NT-pro BNP, compared with these indexes. Results Color doppler echocardiography showed that IVSTD of A group was (8.97 ± 0.78) mm, B group was (11.32 ± 0.64) mm, LVPWTD of A group was(9.16 ± 0.68) mm, B group was(11.45 ± 1.64) mm, LVEDd of A group was(47.23 ± 2.09) mm, B group was(54.56 ± 2.18) mm, the cardiac structure of B group was more serious than A group (P＜0.05), the level of NT-pro BNP of B group was higher than A group [(723 ±127)ng/L vs(586 ± 138)ng/L] (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus is easy-happening factors of coronary heart disease, HbAlc can reflect the change degree of cardiac structure of coronary heart disease complicated with diahetes mellitus, it is positive correlation with severity of cardiac function.Key words: Coronary heart disease; Diabetes mellitus; The glycosylated haemoglobin Alc; Cardiac structurg; NT-proBNP" @default.
