- W3029798889 abstract "目的 观察中西医结合治疗经腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效.方法 行腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症患者60例,随机分为两组.治疗组30例,术后口服孕三烯酮25 mg,每周2次,疗程6个月,同时加用活血化瘀、消瘀散结中药治疗3个月.对照组30例,除不口服中药外,余同治疗组.两组观察随访3年,比较累计复发率及妊娠率.结果 治疗组3年复发率13.33%(4/30),对照组为30.00%(9/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组不孕患者妊娠率为71.42%(10/14),对照组为46.66%(7/15),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组和对照组轻型与重型比较3年累计复发率和妊娠率差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗经腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症患者效果优于单纯西医治疗。" @default.
