- W3029952342 abstract "目的 观察补骨脂素和保列治治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察,探讨良性前列腺增生的中药有效治疗药物.方法 将30只SD大鼠随机均分为三组,去势7天后皮下注射丙酸睾酮5mg/kg,同时实验组灌胃给予补骨脂素40mg/kg,保列治0.1mg/kg·d,对照组给予等量蒸馏水,30天后处死,称取前列腺湿重、计算前列腺湿重,光镜观察前列腺组织病理学改变.结果补骨脂素组和保列治组大鼠前列腺湿重均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),光镜观察前列腺组织萎缩,管径增大,补骨脂素组和保列治组大鼠前列腺湿重无显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论补骨脂素能显著抑制模型大鼠的良性前列腺增生,其机制可能是通过降低前列腺细胞增殖而实现的。" @default.
