- W3029963087 abstract "目的 通过QRS记分法观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心电图QRS分值的动态变化,探讨曲美他嗪对梗死面积的影响.方法182例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组(92例)及空白对照组(90例),计算并比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后第7天及第30天QRS分值的变化情况.结果治疗组及对照组治疗前QRS分值差异无显著意义.治疗组在梗死7 d后心电图QRS分值与治疗前差异无显著意义(P＞0.05),但30 d后QRS分值明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05).对照组在梗死7 d及30 d后心电图QRS分值均明显高于治疗前(P＜0.05).结论曲美他嗪能显著限制并缩小梗死面积,疗效显著优于常规药物治疗。" @default.
