- W3029978063 abstract "目的探究干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染的疗效及安全性。方法抽取本院2013年8月至2015年11月收治的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染患者96例，通过随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各48例。研究组采用重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗，对照组采用双唑泰栓治疗，两组均持续治疗1个月。统计两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率，对比治疗前后两组血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平变化情况。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组（95.83%比79.16%），差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；治疗后，研究组IL-6水平高于对照组，TNF-α水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论采用干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染效果显著，可有效增强患者免疫功能，提高治疗效果，且不良反应发生率低，具有安全性。" @default.
