- W3030019138 abstract "Objective To study the nursing effects of grouping management in emergency department.Methods According to our hospital's emergency department and nurses' knowledge,skills,characteristics,and the type of emergency,31 nurses were adopted with grouping management.Nursing work and the satisfaction of patients were surveyed by the method of random sample.The nursing effects was evaluated.Results After the implementation of grouping management,the satisfaction degree of emergency department doctors and patients in emergency department were significantly improved ( P ＜ 0.05 ),nurses scored significantly higher in specialist assessment than before (P ＜0.001 ),the difference was statistically significance.Conclusions The grouping management is conducive to the quality of nursing in emergency department,improving the overall quality of nurses.It should be widely applied.Key words: Emergency department; Grouping management; Nursing" @default.
