- W3030026971 abstract "目的探讨精细化口服水化干预对冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗术后造影剂肾病(CIN)的预防效果。方法选取绍兴文理学院附属医院心血管内科2017年1月至2018年12月接受PCI的患者180例，按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各90例。对照组给予PCI常规口服水化干预，干预组给予精细化口服水化干预。比较两组患者术前1 d、术后2 d、术后5 d的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿β2微球蛋白和尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)水平，以及两组患者CIN的发病率。结果术前1 d，两组患者Scr、BUN、β2微球蛋白和尿NAG差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)；术后2 d，干预组Scr、BUN、β2微球蛋白和尿NAG均低于对照组[(108.24±9.35)μmol/L比(81.16±8.73)μmol/L、(10.59±1.14)mmol/L比(7.95±0.83)mmol/L、(325.38±37.35)μg/L比(243.56±25.16)μg/L、(28.43±2.53)U/L比(20.51±1.97)U/L，P＝0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000]；术后5 d，两组患者Scr、BUN、β2微球蛋白和尿NAG差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预组发生CIN患者5例(5.56%)，对照组21例(23.33%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2＝11.509，P＝0.001)。结论实施精细化口服水化干预可以降低CIN的发生率，改善肾功能，值得临床推广。" @default.
