- W3030042007 abstract "目的 观察新生化汤在缩短药物终止12～18周妊娠后的阴道出血情况.方法对119例孕12～18周要求药物流产的健康妇女根据药物流产成功率及药物流产后B超异常情况进行分组,药物流产后B超示宫腔未见残留物为对照组,有少量残留物为治疗组,较多残留物及药物流产失败为清宫组,治疗组流产后加服新生化汤,与对照组、清宫组比较,观察药物流产后阴道出血量及时间.结果治疗组加服新生化汤后阴道出血时间与清宫组接近,与对照组比平均缩短4天左右,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).出血量也较对照组少,但P＞0.05无统计学意义.结论新生化汤在药物终止孕12～18周妊娠中对缩短流产后阴道出血时间上有一定作用。" @default.
