- W3030178569 abstract "The DNA content and the cell cycle distribution of neuroblastoma were assessed with the image analysis system.The difference between primary operative group and preoperative chemotherapy group were statistically analysed.In the primary operative group,2 cases were quasi-aneuploid,the other 8 cases were aneuploid,DI=1.84±0.69.But in the preoperative chemotherapy group,7 cases were diploid,1 was quasi-aneuploid,DI=1.05±0.1.The difference between two groups was significant(P＜0.01).In the preoperative chmotherapy group,the percentage of G_0+G_1 phase got relatively higher while S and G_2+M phase lower.It is concluded that preoperative chemotherapy has acted on reducing the proliferative of neuroblastoma cell.Key words: Neuroblastoma; Chemotherapy; DNA content analysis" @default.
