- W3030179148 abstract "Objective Oflaparoscopic surgery is safe,effective,less complications and patient comfort and good bladder emptying method.Methods The 204 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups natural emptying the bladder group (Ⅰ group),catheterization is not indwelling catheter group (Ⅱgroup) and conventional indwelling catheter group (Ⅲ group) 68 cases,the 3 groups The situation in patients with bladder filling,discharge time,the occurrence rate of urinary retention,urine and other postoperative complications.Results 3 patients were successfully operated,no intraoperative urinary tract injury occurred.Patients in group 3 compared to the situation of bladder filling(P＞ 0.05),not statistically significant.Group Ⅰ method for using natural bladder emptying,caused by catheter to avoid the discomfort and a series of complications,and discharge times better than the Ⅱ and Ⅲ.Rate of urinary retention occurred in group Ⅱ patients,bladder irritation,urinary tract infection occurred in patients compared with group Ⅲ (P ＜ 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Shorter the surgery when laparoscopic surgery method using natural emptying of the bladder,is safe and effective with few complications and good patient comfort,it is worth in clinical use.Key words: Laparoscopic; Gynecologic surgery; Bladder emptyingmethod; Catheter; Urinary Tract Infection; Complications" @default.
