- W3030262324 abstract "Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression status and life quality of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who were treated with Rituximab chemotherapy plus CHOP.Methods A total of 86 cases patients with DLBCL were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was cared with nursing intervention,while the control group was cared with routine nursing.The anxiety and depression status and life quality between the two groups were compared.Results No significant difference was found in the score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and quality of life questionnaire-core 30 (QLQ-C30) between observation group and control group before the intervention (P ＞ 0.05).After the nursing,SAS score [(61.29 ± 5.78) vs (76.79 ± 6.62)] and SDS score [(73.89 ± 5.03) vs (83.19 ± 6.23)] in the observation group were significantly improved than that in the control group (t =1.83,1.94,respectively;P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the scores of five dimensions of QLQ-C30 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,such as cognitive function [(5.81 ± 0.42) vs (5.17 ± 0.37)],with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients with DLBCL can improve anxiety and depression status and life quality.Key words: Lymphoma, large B-cell, diffuse (DLBCL) ; Life quality; Psychological status ; Nursing intervention" @default.
