D. degree education with specialist standardization training, this paper introduces the exploration and innovation of 5+ 3+ X clinical medical personnel reform in Shanghai, Fudan University for example. It proposes the main problems if the reform will be promoted in China. Meanwhile, the education and health departments should strengthen disciplines including doctor degree authorization and construction of specialist standardized training bases, which should be combined more closely.Key words: Clinical M.
