- W3030297394 abstract "Objective To investigate the changes and clinic significance of plasma D-dimer (DD)and antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) levels in Yinxingye injection in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods The plasma levels of DD and AT Ⅲ were detected before and after 2 weeks of treatment in 42 patients with AECOPD and 32 healthy persons as control subjects.The patients were divided into group of ordinary therapy (group A) and group of Yinxingye injection (group B). The plasma levels of DD and AT Ⅲ were compared before and after treatment between the groups.Results Before treatment,the level of DD (584.4 ± 193.8) μg/L was significantly higher in 42 patients of AECOPD than in control subjects (190.3± 101.9) μg/L,the level of AT Ⅲ(76.29 ± 11.72) ％ was significantly lower than that in control subjects (90.70 ± 7.05) ％,there was significant statistical difference between the two groups of AECOPD and control subjects ( P ＜0.01).There was no significant statistical difference the levels of DD and ATⅢ between group A and group B ( P ＞0.05).In group A,the levels of DD decreased to (421.9±156.2) μg/L and ATⅢ increased to (83.10±8.32) ％ after 2 weeks of therapy ( P ＜0.05).In group B,DD decreased to (302.5±166.0)μg/L and AT Ⅲ increased to (88.79±9.32) ％ after 2 weeks of therapy (P ＜0.05). There was significant statistical difference in the lower DD and the higher ATⅢ between before treatment and after therapy ( P ＜0.05).After therapy,the level of DD in group B was significantly lower than that of group A,and the level of ATⅢ in group B was significantly higher than that of group A.There was significant statistical difference between group B and group A after therapy ( P ＜0.05).Conclusions There was significant lower in the level of DD and significant higher in the level of AT Ⅲ after thetherapy of Yinxingye injection in patients with AECOPD,which were also related to the outcome of AECOPD.Key words: Yinxingye injection ; Chronic obstructive ; Pulmonary disease ; D dimer ; Antithombin Ⅲ" @default.
