- W3030311114 abstract "目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α基因(TNF-α)-C863A和-G308A多态性位点在精神分裂症发病机理中的作用.方法 收集172个来自广东潮汕地区的精神分裂症核心家系,采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法,检测所有研究对象的肿瘤坏死因子-α基因-C863A和-G308A多态性位点的基因型,并进行单体型相对风险和传递不平衡检验.结果 单体型相对风险分析:-C863A位点χ2=0.05,P＞0.05,-G308A位点χ2=0.87,P＞o.05.单位点传递不平衡检验:-C863A位点χ2=0.19,P＞0.05,-G308A位点χ2=o.80,P＞0.05;多位点单体型分析结果表明,由这两个位点组成的单体型不存在过度传递.在106家以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症家系中,有一条单体型,C863-A308,其χ2=4.00,P＜0.05,表明该单体型在以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症家系中过度传递.结论 在广东潮汕人群中,肿瘤坏死因子α基因可能在阳性症状为主的精神分裂症患者发病机制中起一定作用。" @default.
