- W3030409675 abstract "目的 探讨男性Graves病患者性激素与Ⅰ型辅助性T细胞(Th1)/Ⅱ型辅助性T细胞(Th2)细胞因子的变化.方法 选取初发未治的Graves病患者100例为治疗组,治疗前后分别应用应用放免法(RIA)检测血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量;健康体检者100例作为对照组.结果 治疗后游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)含量较治疗前明显下降(t=2.624、2.571,均P＜0.01),高敏促甲状腺素(uTSH)含量上升(t=2.714,P＜0.01);治疗后E2、T、LH、FSH、IL-4、IFN-γ水平明显低于治疗前(t=2.284、2.331、2.277、2.319、2.321、2.249,均P＜0.05);经多元逐步回归分析,血清E2和T水平分别是影响IL-4及IFN-γ的独立因素.结论 性激素在男性Graves'病患者Th1/Th2平衡方面起着一定的作用。" @default.
