- W3030426747 abstract "目的了解食盐加碘2年后病区、适碘区成人与8～10岁学生碘营养水平及垂体-甲状腺轴功能状态改善情况.方法对成人采取整群抽样,对8～10岁学生采取分层抽样,对其相关碘营养指标进行检测与分析.结果病区、适碘区8～10岁学生甲肿率由投碘前的9.41%、3.95%分别降至食盐加碘后的3.49%、2.22%,成人甲肿率由食盐加碘前的2.91%、1.09%分别降为食盐加碘后的1.31%、0.17%.食盐加碘后人群间尿碘水平差异均不显著(P>0.25).病区学生T3水平明显高于适碘区(P 0.05),同一地区学生T3、T4、TSH水平明显高于成人(P<0.05);食盐加碘后人群TSH水平显著下降,T3、T4水平明显升高.食盐加碘后适碘区成人甲状腺吸碘率明显低于食盐加碘前(P<0.05).结论现行碘盐预防措施对防治IDD效果是显著的,但8～10岁儿童中仍有部分亚临床型甲状腺功能低下症人群存在,应重视特殊人群的补碘工作." @default.
