- W3030456402 abstract "Objective To investigate the hospital surgery room staff hand hygiene and effective way of improving the staff hand hygiene implementation rates,in order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods According to the hospital infection management practices standards,from January 2008 to December 2010,the hand hygiene conditions of our surgery department staff were monitored by the full-time hospital infection quality control staff,and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results From January 2008 to December 2010,the passing rate of hand washing had an increasing trend year by year,was 89.6％,94.7％ and 97.6％,respectively.The hand washing passing rate of nurses and doctors was 98.0％ and 91.3％,there was significant difference(x2 =16.17,P ＜0.01).The hand washing passing rate of all healthcare workers and advanced study staff was 95.2％ and 90.3％,there was significant difference (x2 =8.30,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions By organizing various forms of hospital infection knowledge training,improving hand hygiene facilities and improving the management and supervision system,can improve the hand hygiene compliance of all the medical staff.Key words: Surgery; Hand hygiene ; Monitoring; Analysis" @default.
