- W3030458868 abstract "目的 通过治疗敏感菌所致的急性泌尿系统细菌性感染,评价罗红霉素缓释片的安全性及有效性.方法 180例泌尿系感染患者随机分为2组,实验组采用口服罗红霉索缓释片300mg,1次/d,疗程5～7天,对照组采用口服罗红霉素普通制刺300mg 1次/d,疗程5～7d.结果 实验组及对照组分别为91.11%、87.78%(P>0.05);细菌清除率:实验组87.58%,对照组86.37%(p>0.05);与药物有关的不良事件:实验组和对照组分别为6.66%和11.11%(p=0.05).两组临床痊愈率、有效率及细菌学疗效差异无统计学意义,实验组不良反应轻微,与对照组比较有统计学意义.结论 罗红霉素缓释片治疗泌尿系统感染疗效确切、安全性好、经济方便,有较高的临床应用价值。" @default.
