- W3030486073 abstract "Objective To study the causes, treatments and effects of concurrent symptoms of early postoperative trabeculectomy. Methods 47 cases (52 eyes) of glaucoma received trabeculectomy in the hospital during July,2007～November,2009. In order to obtain the ideal functional filtering bleb and intraocular pressure control, the anterior chamber puncture was used to maintain a safe intraocular pressure and adjust suture was used to control the shallow anterior chamber. Results The concurrent symptoms incidence of early postoperative trabeculectomy is 44. 23% ,with shallow anterior chamber in 12 eyes,iridocyclitis in 5 eyes,hyphema 2 eyes,choroidal detachment 1 eye,conjunctiva leakage 1 eye. 22 out of 23 eyes of early postoperative complications received conservative treatment, of which 19 eyes were cured, accounting for 82. 61 % . Conclusion The conservative treatments have significant effects on concurrent symptoms of early postoperative trabeculectomy. Defining the causes of concurrent symptoms of early postoperative trabeculectomy and taking effective measures to deal with it can reduce the risk of surgery and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Key words: glaucoma; trabeculectomy; complications" @default.
