- W3030581157 abstract "Objective To analyze the complications of Meckel's diverticulum(MD)in children in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level.Methods Medical records of 101 cases of MD during passed 3 years were reviewed retrospectively.The statistic studies of symptoms,examinations,surgical management were analyzed.Results In this group,there were 50 cases of hemorrhage of diverticulum,37 intestinal obstruction,7 diverticulum perforation and 7 diverticulitis,the ratio is about 7: 5: 1: 1.The sensitivity of 99mTc scan was 92％.All patients cured.Conclusions In children group,the most common complication is bleeding.It is difficult to diagnose intestinal obstruction,inflammation and perforation of diverticulum before surgery.MD can be diagnosed by 99mTc scan,however its sensitivity associated with heterotopia and the inflammation of diverticulum,not with the sex,age,course and the distance from the diverticulum to ileocecal.Key words: Meckel diverticulum; Postoperative complications; Diagnosis" @default.
