- W3030594085 abstract "目的 研究雷公藤根皮中的单体去甲泽拉木醛(T-96)的免疫抑制作用,并比较其与雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)抑制大鼠移植肾排斥的强弱.方法以C57BL/6小鼠脾细胞为反应细胞,灭活的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞为刺激细胞,混合培养时加入不同剂量的T-96,并设雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)对照组,观察它们对淋巴细胞转化的抑制作用.另建立同种异体大鼠肾移植模型,观察T-96在体内对排斥反应的抑制作用,并与TⅡ对比.结果当T-96的终浓度为0.25、0.5、1.0μg/rml,能明显抑制混合淋巴细胞培养淋巴细胞的转化,与不作处理的对照组比较,差异有高度显著性(P＜0.01),也较同浓度的TⅡ抑制效果强(P＜0.01).体内实验中,当T-96用量为10mg·kg-1·d-1和20mg·kg--·d-1时,移植肾的存活时间为(14.8±1.04)d和(18.0±1.51)d,与对照组比较,差异有高度显著性(P＜0.01),20mg·kg-1·d-1组的存活时间较接受TⅡ40mg·kg-1·d-1和60mg·kg-1·d-1组都长(P＜0.05).结论T-96具有免疫抑制作用,其作用较雷公藤多甙强;在一定剂量范围内其免疫抑制作用随剂量加大而增强。" @default.
