- W3030630558 abstract "Objective To investigate the status of anxiety , depression and posttraumatic growth of patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy , and study the relationship among them .Methods 109 cases of patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy were investigated and analyzed with the scales of Hospital Anxiety （HAD） and Depression Scale and Posttraumatic Growth （C-PTGI）.Results The average scores of anxiety, depression and posttraumatic growth （PTG） were respectively （6.66 ±177;3.63）,（5.66 ±177;3.24） and（61.10 ±177; 16.82）.The rate of patients with the inclination and reaction was 16.51%and 19.27%for anxiety, 22.02%and 9.17%for depression.There was no significant difference of anxiety and depression between patients with different age, gender, occupation, education and marriage （P>0.05）.There was significant difference of PTG between patients with different age , gender, occupation, education （P 0.05）. Anxiety, depression and PTG, reflection on life, personal power was negatively correlated （ r =-0.183,-0.276,-0.188,-0.309,-0.315,-0.296, respectively; P<0.05）.Depression was also negatively correlated with new possibility （r=-0.230, P<0.01）.Conclusions Anxiety and depression have negative effect on posttraumatic growth in patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy .Nursing staff should pay close attention to patients ’ anxiety and depression , in order to assess positive psychological changes and guide them to adjust the changes to promote rehabilitation by personalized psychological nursing .Key words: Bone tumor; Chemotherapy; Anxiety; Depression; PTG; Correlation" @default.
