- W3030635265 abstract "目的 探讨连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征( ARDS)患者外周血中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1 β、IL-6浓度的影响.方法选择SAP合并ARDS患者22例,在明确诊断后行CVVH治疗,每天持续20～24 h.治疗前和治疗后1、4、6、9、12和20h取血测TNF-α、IL-1 β、IL-6的浓度.结果 22例患者存活17例,死亡5例.在CVVH治疗后1h,血浆TNF-α,IL-1 β、IL-6水平开始下降,至治疗后6～9h达到最低水平,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),其后上述因子均有不同程度的回升,仍低于治疗前水平,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 CVVH对SAP合并ARDS患者各种炎性介质的清除是有效的,治疗后6～9h达到最低水平。" @default.
