- W3030724247 abstract "一氧化氮(NO)是近年发现的第一个高活性气体信号分子,除舒张血管外还是重要的参与炎症反应、感染免疫调控活动、神经传导的介质.在体外对多种细菌有抗细菌作用,体内试验发现NO可上调激素受体减轻炎症反应过程.外源性NO具有广谱杀微生物和抗炎作用.体外抗菌在于直接严重损害细胞的能量代谢、复制过程;体内抗菌在于诱导以激活巨噬细胞为主的免疫、炎症反应以及此过程中的严重氧化损伤.近年来,其杀菌、抗病毒、抗炎作用受到高度重视.重症肺炎导致的急性肺损伤(ALI)、呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是人类主要致死原因之一,死亡率高达40%～50%.抗生素对内毒素的清除及其诱发的炎性反应和组织损伤无效,临床耐药现象越来越多.因此,NO能否用于重症肺部感染的治疗是值得探讨、研究的问题。" @default.
