- W3030742020 abstract "目的 探讨玻璃体切除联合C3F8填充术治疗变性近视伴黄斑孔的视网膜脱离的效果.方法 对16例(17眼)变性近视伴黄斑孔的视网膜脱离,行玻璃体切除手术及气体(C3F8)填充,术后随访6～18个月(平均12.4月)观察术后视力、视野、OCT检查、眼底榆查及并发症发生情况.结果 OCT显示16眼术后黄斑孔闭合,视网膜复位,1眼复位失败.16眼视力提高,最佳矫正视力为0.5;16只复位眼中心视野均有不同程度的好转;1眼术后暂时性高眼压,药物治疗恢复正常;1眼术后眼底局部出血,1周后积缸吸收,未发生其他并发症.结论 玻璃体切除联合G3F8填充术治疗变性近视伴黄斑孔的视网膜脱离是安全而有效的。" @default.
