- W3030744740 abstract "目的 观察尼卡地平治疗颈丛麻醉下甲状腺手术期间高血压反应的效果.方法选择20例择期于颈丛神经阻滞下行甲状腺手术的患者,且满足以下条件:术前无高血压病史;术中发生高血压反应;当血压高于160/90 mm Hg以上时,经静脉滴注氟芬合剂1剂或哌替啶50 mg镇静后无明显效果.对满足上述条件的患者予静脉滴注尼卡地平20 μg/kg,记录用药后3 min、5 min、15 min、30 min、45 min时各时点的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均压(MAP)、HR、脉搏氧饱和度(SpO2)和ECG的变化及不良反应.结果所有病例给药后3 min SBP、DBP、MAP均明显下降,5 min时达最低点,其后各时点血压维持稳定,与给药前比较P＜0.001,没有发生血压过低现象.所有病例ECG和SpO2无变化,未发现恶心、呕吐等不良反应.结论尼卡地平可安全、有效地用于治疗颈丛神经阻滞下甲状腺手术期间的高血压反应。" @default.
