- W3030767030 abstract "Objective To explore the relationship between obstructive nasal disease and insomniac.Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of obstructive nasal disease patients with insomniac admitted in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.All of the patients underwent surgery.The visual analogue scale of the severity of insomniac was recorded before and after surgery.The differences between the two groups were compared by paired samples T test.Results The severity of insomniac of all 30 cases was apparently changed after the operations (4.27 ± 1.64) vs.(8.30 ± 0.95).The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Nasal expansion surgery can evidently improve insomnia,extend sleeping time and should be given more attention.Key words: Nasal cavity; Obstructive disease; Insomniac; Surgery; Visual Analogue Scale" @default.
