- W3030803492 abstract "Objective To evaluate the effects of different body position on the heart rate、respiratory rate,average arterial pressure、SpO2 and sleep in preterm infants. Methods 90 preterm infants from August 2009 to August 2010 in our Neonates Division were randomly divided into 0°supine group 、0°prone group 、0°tilt group,30°supine group、30°prone group、30°tilt group. The heart rate、respiratory rate、SpO2、average arterial pressure and sleep time were recorded at 1 h、2 h、3 h、4、 h、5 h、6 h. Results At 3～6h the heart rate、respiratory rate in 0°prone group and 30°prone group were significantly lower than those in 0°supine group、30°supine group ,0°tilt group and 30°tilt group. The SpO2 and sleep time were significantly higher in 0°prone group、30°prone group than those in 0°supine group, 30°supine group、0°tilt group and 30°tilt group. Conclusions Prone position had physiological benefits for infants, which is worthy of promotion.Key words: Premature infant; Body position; Nursing care" @default.
