- W3030806663 abstract "目的 研究慢性肺源性心脏病(CCP)急性加重期和缓解期与红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)变化的关系.方法 42例住院CCP患者急性加重期和缓解期应用血细胞分析仪测定RDW,应用油镜及扫描电子显微镜观察红细胞形态,并将两期结果进行比较.结果 CCP患者急性加重期RDW增宽(0.1512±0.0168),缓解期RDW变窄(0.1268±0.0133),两期比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),同时两期棘形红细胞比例分别为(36.7±9.3)%和(6.7±1.5)%,两期比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 CCP好转与RDW、棘形红细胞比例呈正相关,显示RDW对预后有一定判断意义。" @default.
