- W3030845161 abstract "Objective To observe the effect of auricular point magnetotherapy with cognitive behavioral nursing care in the treat -ment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with depres-sion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , each group of 40 cases.The treatment group was given routine hemodialy-sis treatment on the basis of auricular point magnetotherapy combined with cognitive behavioral therapy , while the control group was treated with routine hemodialysis therapy only.Curative effect statistics was given after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks, SDS scores in two groups were decreased （P〈0.05）, and 8 weeks after the treatment, SDS score in treatment group was sta-tistically significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05） .In addition, after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the occur rate of hy-potension, hypertension, arrhythmia, hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal symptoms in two group decreased , and after the treatment of 8 weeks, all that except for hypotension in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Auricular point therapy combined with psychological intervention has good curative effect on maintaining stability in treatment of mainte -nance hemodialysis patients with depression.Key words: Depression Hemodialysis complications Auricular point magnetotherapy Cognitive behavioral nursing care" @default.
