- W3030960262 abstract "目的探讨精神科住院患者对健康教育的需求及影响因素，为提高精神科住院患者生活质量提供参考。方法选择2015年6月至2016年12月对台州医院及台州市第二人民医院精神科住院的患者216例进行评定及调查，对可能影响患者健康教育需求的相关因素进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果43.92%的患者入院时健康教育需求程度低，73.83%患者住院期间健康教育需求较高，与医护人员直接交谈为最受欢迎健康教育方式；多元回归分析结果显示，精神科住院患者健康教育需求与自知力、文化程度呈正相关(95%CI 1.097～2.544、1.186～2.722，均P<0.05)，与简明精神疾病量表(BPRS)缺乏活力因子分、敌对猜疑因子分、激活因子分呈负相关(95%CI 0.538～0.916、0.678～0.964、0.536～0.932，均P<0.05)。结论精神科住院患者健康教育需求影响因素较多，医护人员需根据患者情况制定实施针对性强的健康教育。" @default.
