- W3031036270 abstract "Objective To research the tear film changes in teenagers patients with refractive errors among different accommodation.Methods There were 155 cases,myopia:110 cases,hypermetropia:23 cases,emmetropia:22 cases,male:73 cases,female:82 cases,ages:14-18years old.The NO.4 simple Chinese character was given to read without glasses,the reading distance was 33cm,then the Schirmer test,BUT,tear river depth,fluorescence of cornea were tested at 0,15,30 and 45 minutes to estimate the variation of tear film.Results There was no statistically difference between groups at 0 minute (P ＞0.05).There was statistically difference between groups at 15 minutes (P ＜0.05).There was no statistically difference between groups at 30 minutes and 45 minutes (P ＞0.05).There was statistically difference in the same group at different time (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The stability of teenagers refractive error patients' tear film descend by increasing the time and range of accommodation.Key words: Accommodation; Refractive error; Tear film; Teenagers" @default.
