- W3031106604 abstract "目的 探讨高频聚焦超声与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效及不良反应.方法288例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为微波治疗组150例与高频聚焦治疗组138例,观察各自的疗效及不良反应.结果高频聚焦组对轻中重度宫颈糜烂治疗的痊愈率分别是91.3%、82.6%、47.8%,微波组对轻中重度宫颈糜烂治疗的痊愈率分别是96.0%、88.0%、76.0%,两组对宫颈轻中度糜烂的疗效差异无统计学意义,而对重度糜烂微波的疗效差异有统计学意义.高频聚焦组无一例阴道出血,阴道排液时间短约5～10 d,微波有34例(22.7%)阴道出血,阴道排液时间长约12～30 d.两组阴道排液时间差异有统计学意义.结论两种物理疗法对轻中度宫颈糜烂的治疗均有较好疗效,而高频聚焦组不良反应相对较少,且适合于已婚未孕妇女。" @default.
