- W3031143757 abstract "目的 通过定量分析垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)在乙烯雌酚诱发的大鼠催乳素(PRL)瘤组织以及不同类型的人垂体腺瘤中的表达量,探讨PTTG在垂体腺瘤发生发展中的作用.方法动物实验:用皮下植入乙烯雌酚的方法诱发大鼠垂体PRL瘤模型,用RT-PCR方法分析PRL瘤组织中rPTTG mRNA的水平.临床研究:收集32例垂体腺瘤标本.用RT-PCR方法检测hPTTG mRNA和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF mRNA)在各组垂体腺瘤组织中的表达量.结果 rPTTG基因在大鼠1PRL瘤中的表达量明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);rPTTG mRNA水平与大鼠垂体重量呈明显正相关(γ=0.9920,P＜0.01);hPTTG mRNA和bFGF mRNA在所有垂体腺瘤中均有表达.hPTTG mRNA和bFGF mRNA水平随着肿瘤的分级和分期的增高而升高,组间比较具有统计学差别(P＜0.01).结论 PTTG表达与大鼠PRL瘤以及人垂体腺瘤的侵袭性相关,PTTG在垂体肿瘤发生和发展中起重要作用。" @default.
