- W3031152927 abstract "目的 研究不同年龄组预留屈光度数人工晶体眼的伪调节力.方法 120只眼(91例患者)被分为四个年龄组,每组随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ亚组,并相应采用三种预留屈光度数:(0±0.25)D、(-0.5±0.25)D、(-1.0±0.25)D,行超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶体植入术,术后进行远、近视力、屈光状态、瞳孔直径、视远、视近前房深度等检查,并在矫正屈光不正的基础上测定伪调节力,及在未矫正屈光不正的状况下测定近点调节距离.随访时间在3个月以上.结果 Slataper视标法120只眼平均伪调节力为(2.08±0.04)D,动态检影法为(0.46±0.03)D.两种检查方法均表明随着年龄增加伪调节力有降低趋势,随预留屈光度数的增加伪调节力略有增加.伪调节与人工晶体移动度呈正相关(r=0.307,P＜0.01),与瞳孔直径、年龄呈负相关(r=-0.454,P＜0.01;r=-0.323,P＜0.01),但与预留屈光度数有较弱的相关性(r=0.219,P＜0.05).结论 人工晶体眼自身存在一定的伪调节力;不同年龄组预留屈光度数对人工晶体眼的伪调节的产生有一定的作用;人工晶体预留屈光度数的恰当选择应该趋向个性化。" @default.
