- W3031207927 abstract "目的 探讨孕晚期单脐动脉妊娠特点及阴道分娩的可行性.方法 回顾性分析本院46例孕晚期单脐动脉临床资料,并与对照组产前一周B超S/D比值、围产儿结局及胎心电子监测情况进行比较.结果 单脐动脉组产妇胎儿脐动脉S/D比值异常率高于非单脐动脉组产妇(x2=8.42,P＜0.01),单脐动脉组产妇NST及CST异常发生率高于非单脐动脉组产妇(13.0％ vs2.2％；23.3％ vs5.4％,x2=4.79,P＜0.05;x2=7.71,P＜0.01),两组均无新生儿窒息.单脐动脉组孕妇胎儿羊水污染、胎儿宫内窘迫及出生缺陷发生率高于非单脐动脉组(x2=10.05,7.85,P＜0.01;P =0.0362).两组产妇阴道分娩率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但单脐动脉组孕妇围产儿不良事件发生率[52.2％(24/46)]高于非单脐动脉组[2.1％ (2/96),x2=55.17,P＜0.01].结论 产前B超检查可发现单脐动脉孕妇合并胎儿畸形；单脐动脉中17.4％的胎儿可出现脐血流阻力升高,使其胎儿宫内窘迫或发生死胎；单脐动脉产妇阴道试产,应严密观察产程及胎心监护,发现异常情况及时处理,可改善胎儿预后。" @default.
