- W3031238735 abstract "目的 探讨大黄对大鼠急性重症胰腺炎合并肝损害治疗作用的机制.方法 通过胰胆管逆行注射5%牛磺胆酸钠制作大鼠急性重症胰腺炎合并肝损害模型,检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平及大黄治疗后的变化.结果 大黄治疗后急性重症胰腺炎大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α、MDA明显降低,红细胞SOD升高(均P＜0.01).结论 大黄通过降低血清IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、红细胞SOD水平,可以对实验性急性重症胰腺炎合并肝损害的治疗产生一定的有益作用。" @default.
