- W3031250037 abstract "Objective To explore the effects of nursing on the hospitalized patients with diabetic.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from October 2011 to 2012 April were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The traditional nursing methods were used in control group,The targeted nursing measures were used based on the traditional nursing in the observation group.The scores of anxiety and depression and life quality,compliance were compared between two groups.Results The score of anxiety was 28.19 ± 3.36,the score of depression was 32.27 ± 6.62 in observation group,the score of anxiety was 36.47 ± 2.97,the depression score was 38.92-± 5.58 in control group..The two groups had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05) ; The quality of life and compliance after discharge of observation group were superior to those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing for the hospitalized patients with diabetic mellitus can improve negative emotion and quality of life of patients and improve the compliance rate after discharge from hospital.Key words: Nursing; Diabetic mellitus; Application value" @default.
