- W3031304838 abstract "Objective To understand the rules and characters of ambulatory blood pressure in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH),and to explore the value of monitoring ambulatory blood pressure and early intervention of PIH.Methods 20 cases of normal pregnant women and 45 cases of PIH pregnant women were given non-invasive 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,and understanding the early intervention methods of PIH.Results The average value of SBP and DBP in PIH pregnant women were significantly higher than the normal pregnant women during the same period and at the same time (all P ＜ 0.05) ; compared with normal pregnant women,mild PIH pregnant women dSBP maxSBP were significantly higher(all P ＜ 0.05),the indicators of moderate and severe PIH pregnant women were significantly higher(all P ＜0.05) ;the values of dSBP in mild,moderate and severe degree of PIH pregnant women were significantly higher than nSBP(all P ＜0.05),indicating that SBP change in PIH pregnant women was a daily rhythm.Conclusion Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can be able to grasp the law of the changes in blood pressure which is helpful for PIH diagnosis,treatment,and positive interventions.Key words: Hypertension, pregnancy-Induced; Blood pressure" @default.
