- W3031361324 abstract "Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention in patients concomitant varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lowerlimbs who were treated by external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu.Methods Eighty-eight patients with varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lower limbs who undergone external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu were divided into two groups (n =44 in both intervention group and control group) by order of admission using random number method.Intervention group received nursing intervention.Control group received conventional application.Results Ten cases were invalid in treatment in control group while the effective rate in intervention group was 100％.There were statistically significantly between both groups in cure rate ( x2 =10.36,P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the effective rate in clinical therapy for patients with varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis in the lower limbs who undergone external application with Nitrate yellow Irazu,and it is worthy for clinical application.Key words: External application; Nursing intervention; Nitrate yellow Irazu; Varicose veins; Superficial thrombophlebitis" @default.
