- W3031374812 abstract "Objective To investigate the serum thyroid hormone changes in patients with incipient depression and recurrence depression.Methods For 63 cases of incipient depression,55 cases of recurrence depression and 60 healthy controls,using the immunochemical luminescence,the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH were tested.Results ①The levels of FT3 and FT4 were higher in incipient depression group and recurrence depression group than those in healthy controls(P ＜0.01).The level of TSH was lower in incipient depression group and recurrence depression group than that in healthy controls (P ＜ 0.01).②The level of FT4 in recurrent depression group was higher than that in incipient depression group.Conclusions There was thyroid hormone metabolism disorder in incipient depression group and recurrence depression group.FT4 in recurrent group was higher than that in incipient group.And thyroid system metabolic abnormalities is more obvious in recurrent group.Key words: Incipient depression; Recurrence depression; Thyroid hormone; Free triiodothyronine ; Free thyroxine ; Thyroid-stimulating hormone" @default.
