- W3031398983 abstract "Objective To observe the effect of HU based combination regimen in the treatment and complication of patients with hypercellular acute leukemia. Methods 38 patients with hypercellular acute leukemia were divided into two groups,22 patients with hypercellular acute leukemia were treated by HU in combination regimen, 16 patients with hypercellular acute leukemia were treated dy combination regimen. Results The complete remission of 22 patients in treatmented group was 11 cases, the partial remission was 5 cases, nonremission of was 4 cases,2 patients were deathed. The complete remission of 16 patients in controlled was 6 cases, PR was 3 cases, NR was 4 cases,3 patients were deathed. the curative effect of the hypercell acute leukemia patients in betneen two groups Were the same ,P ＞ 0.05. The time of periphery blood white cell in chemotherapy was reduced under 10 × 109/L,the treatmented group was 4.63 ± 1.16 days,the control group was 6. 55 ± 1.97days, there was a significant difference between these two groups, P ＜ 0.01. Conclusion The hypercellular acute leukemia in based combination treatmented regimem was treated by HU, the leukemia cells were controlled quick and lasting, the cranial cavity bleeding and ARDS of hypercellular acute leukemia, s patients have reduced, for increasing the efficacy, improving pregnosis, and prolonging survivol time, the hypercellular acute leukemia are very important.Key words: Hypercellular; Acute leukemia; HU; Chemotherapy" @default.
