- W3031433189 abstract "Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were given acupuncture and Sibeliun,while the control group were given Sibeliun.The efficacy and the average speed of blood flow of TCD before and after treatment were observed.Results In observation group,14 cases were cured,16 cases were remarkably effective,9 cases were effective,the cure rate was 95.12％.In control group,6 cases were cured,10 cases were remarkably effective,14 cases were effective,the cure rate was 73.17％,there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05 ),there were significant differences between the two groups in the experimental indexes of TCD and hemodynamics.Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride is effective on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency,and can allieviate the blood viscosity and vertebrobasilar insufficiency,so it is worthy clinical application.Key words: Vertebrobasilar insufficiency ; Flunarizine Hydrochloride ; Acupuncture" @default.
