- W3031478156 abstract "Objective To evaluate the effect of health guidance on intensive treatment for the initial diagnosis patients with type 2diabetic mellitus.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were randomly divided into the intervention group (n =41) and the control group (n =39).The patients in control group were instructed by routine health education,while those in the intervention group received health guidance on the basis of routine education,Results After treating for 15 days,the intervention group had a better cognition about diabetic knowledge and better compliance of intensive treatment than the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in blood glucose parameters in the two groups before and after the intervention (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).The fasting plasma glucose,postprandial plasma glucose,and hemoglobin Alc in the intervention group were all statistically lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Healthy guidance can improve the compliance remarkably and control plasma glucose..Key words: Type 2 diabetes mellitus; Intensive treatment; Health guidance; Nursing" @default.
