- W3031509988 abstract "目的探讨采用颈外动脉结扎置管推注尿素与甲泼尼龙联合治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤伴血小板减少综合征(KMS)的效果，及其术后置管的管理。方法分析2009年7月至2014年9月河南省人民医院确诊为KMS 26例患儿的临床表现、治疗经过、术后置管管理、治疗效果等临床资料，患儿均采用颈外动脉结扎置管后推注400 g/L尿素溶液与甲泼尼龙针剂联合治疗，疗程结束后判定治疗效果。结果随访10个月～3年6个月，平均2年3个月，26例中痊愈20例，有效6例，治疗过程中3例出现病情反复，经局部继续注射尿素治疗6～10 d，1～2疗程后恢复。无无效及死亡病例，治疗过程仅1例脱管，予以及时处理。结论颈外动脉置管推注尿素与甲泼尼龙联合治疗婴儿颌面部KMS疗效确切，创伤小，不良反应少，手术后置管的管理是保证置管治疗KMS患儿成功的重要保障。" @default.
