- W3031512063 abstract "Objective To explore the sedative effect of butorphanol combined with midazolam for regional anesthesia.Methods 102 patients schedualed for surgery under regional anesthesia were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group were administered butorphanol combined with midazolam for sedation,and the control group received butorphanol plus fentanyl.Results Time to sensation and motor blockage and surgical duration did not differ significantly between the two groups ( P＞ 0.05 for all comparisons ).MAP,HR,and SpO2 were stable in the study goup ( P＞ 0.05for all comparisons ) during the perioperative period,and MAP and HR in the control group significantly changed as compared with the study group [MAP:( 87.0 ± 13.3 ) mmHg in the study group and ( 98.2± 18.2 ) mmHg in the control group; HR:( 89.5 ± 13.4 ) cpm in the study group and ( 81.2 ± 16.5 ) cpm in the control group; MAP:t =4.537,P ＜ 0.05; HR:t =4.537,P ＜ 0.05].Conclusions Butorphanol combined with midazolam for regional anesthesia is effective and safe,so it is worth clinically choosing.Key words: Butorphanol; Midazolam; Regional anesthesia" @default.
