- W3031547123 abstract "目的 分析白内障手术中超声乳化能量的多维控制模式及其临床意义.方法 Ⅳ级硬核老年性白内障170例(174眼)接受高负压(200～220mmHg)主导下的劈核乳化术式,其中91例(94眼)为超声能量多维控制模式控制组;另外79例(80眼)是在传统脚踏板单维负压控制平台下完成的对照组.对比两组病例的累积能量复合参数以及术后角膜水肿的差异性.结果 同等硬度晶状体核条件下,超声能量多维控制模式控制组病例的累积超声能量使用水平低于对照组病例(t=2.263,P＜0.05);术后24小时角膜组织水肿发生率亦低于使用同等累积超声能量的对照组病例(χ2=5.41,P＜0.02),表明超声能量多维控制模式对乳化过程中超声能量的控制是精细的、有效的,可以减少超声能量的使用,减少相关的角膜内皮损伤.结论 多维控制模式是对两个超声能量控制平台的融合,实现了对超声能量实际终端效应的立体的、完整的控制,有效地提升超声能量使用的精细度和安全性。" @default.
