- W3031551505 abstract "Objective To evaluate the effect of improved coaching method through Comparing the teaching effect of traditional and improved ‘ one to one' coaching methods.Methods Nurses students who learned in our department from Sep 2009 to Dec 2010 were divided into experimental group and control group.The two groups were given traditional methods and improved ‘one to one' coaching methods respectively.Their academic results,operational level and comprehensive abilities were compared when their practices finished.Results Excellent rate of theory test in experimental group was 96.2％,and it was obviously higher than that in control group(92.5％ ),the difference was significant (x2 =26.13,P ＜ 0.05 ).The excellent rate of experiment test in experimental group was 96.4％,it was also obviously higher than that in control group (96.4％ vs 87.5％,x2 =8.10,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Replacing clinical nurse teachers periodically will be good for improving the study efficiency,realizing the complexity of the nursing work and it will be fit for the work.Key words: Clinical practice; Nursing education; Clinical teaching" @default.
