- W3031557366 abstract "Objective To explore the effects of cancer - related fatigue(CRF) intervention model on self-efficacy of post-operative patients with breast cancer.Methods Seventy post-operative breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the interventional group ( n =35 ) and the control group ( n =35 ).Both groups received conventional nursing service,and the interventional group received additional CRF nursing intervention.Self-efficacy of the two groups were assessed by SUPPH at the day of operation and discharged from hospital.Satisfaction of patients in the two groups were also measured at the day of discharged from hospital.Results There was no significantly difference in the score of self-efficacy before the intervention ( P ＞ 0.05 ).After intervention,the score of self-efficacy of intervention group was (99.03 ± 8.84 ),and that of control group was (88.83 ± 9.75 ),and the difference was statistically significant ( t =- 4.586,P ＜ 0.01 ).The score of nursing service,nursing skill,psychological care and disease knowledge in intervention group was higher than that in the control group which showed significantly difference (t =- 2.11,- 2.851,- 2.758,- 2.094,respectively; P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions CRF intervention on post-operative patients with breast cancer can meet the mental needs of the patients.It may alleviate CRF status of patients,improve their self-efficacy and promote their recovery from illness.Key words: Breast neoplasms; Nursing intervention; Cancer-related fatigue; Self-efficacy" @default.
