- W3031569427 abstract "目的观察高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)对大鼠脑血管内皮细胞表达粘附分子的作用,探讨HBO对缺血脑损伤的治疗作用机制.方法采用改良栓线法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型.用SD大鼠40只,随机分成5组:正常对照组、手术对照组,常氧高压氮对照组,缺血后HBO治疗7 d及14 d组,分别观察各组大脑梗塞灶的大小以及血管内皮细胞粘附分子的表达相对数目.结果 (1) 手术对照组、常氧高压氮组、缺血后HBO治疗7 d、14 d组的梗塞体积相比,后者小于前者,14 d组分别与其它各组相比,差异有非常显著意义(P＜0.01).(2) 正常对照组、缺血后HBO治疗7 d和14 d组血管内皮细胞粘附分子表达明显少于手术对照组和常氧高氮组(P＜0.01).结论一定剂量的HBO治疗可以减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤的程度,这种作用可能与HBO减少血管内皮细胞粘附分子的表达、降低缺血灶炎症反应的程度有关." @default.
